Susan Jean Reitfort, died Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Hillside Nursing and Rehab in Wake Forest NC.  She was born on June 16, 1945 in Pennsylvania and lived in Vestal, NY until she moved to Raleigh in 1965.  She lived with her parents at their lakeside home at Lake Gaston until 2009.  She is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, David Henry and Connie Leigh Reitfort of Raleigh, and a granddaughter.
